accessorizing your home with pictures

i got some photo frames from wilkionson's (80p for 3) and i had some hoilday books hanging about, i guess you could go get some if u dont have any or just use a nice looking mag. any i found some pictiers that i liked the look of cut them out and put them in to the frames they look really nice more expensive looking then 80p. i did paint the frames with some paint i had hanging about but (most ppl do right?) i just thought id post it up as my sister said its something she would never have thought of. there not yet up on the walls but u get the idea

Stitch has MORE new clothes , and a lucky sock cat.

My book came (stray sock sewing by daniel) its such a cute book! and the step by step sock monsters are so easy to understand. Not like another sock book I could mention, but I wont that would be rude. Any way I dived in to it making this lucky cat. His name is yen.

And then I was working on a new cardi for stitch, only when it was done she didn’t have any clothes that matched, so I made her this dress its up-sized form this Barbie pattern http://www.janelwashere.com/crafts/doll_patterns.htm. im really pleased with it. (That is the fabric im think of making cushion’s with by the way) its not made perfect but I love the way it looks so she might get another few in different fabrics. Then I might start thinking human size lol.

Im thinking maybe spud should have a matching tie?

Finally finished my stupid bunny.....?

I started him about 4-5 weeks ago but every time I went to work on him something would happen. But never mind he is hear now. Just in time I ordered some books off amazon to make more stuffy’s. Plushorama and one stray sock im raelly looking forward to the delivery. ‘Bunny’ has quite a few mistakes in him but I have learn a lot making him im gonna try making another one as a gift for Christmas. MUST STEAL MORE JEANS!!

I also went and brought some skirts from a charity shop I love the fabric im thinking maybe pillows? Its my birthday on the 27th so hoping I get something nice and handmade. I have finised painting the living room a nice wine red, but I haven’t took any photos. Wouldn’t believe how much paint it took.

just a quick update

I don’t normally do this but Danyl Johnson on the x-factor oh wow. I didn’t even plan to watch it im so glad I did tho I will be hooked now.

I have painted my livingroom red, well parts of it. Like a deep wine ill post photos up soon. Im in need of art for the walls, badly. Etsy any one? Ill have ago at something myself not sure what yet tho. I finally got myself a fridge freezer, second hand and kinda cute. The only problem is tho they wrote the price on in sharpie or something and I cant get it off! Someone said hair spray so ill try to remember that next time im at the shops. My brother got me a super cute Japanese tea set (orange) but the spout broke off. Darn, I have seen a book called plush-o-rama on amazon and im hoping to get that for myself for my birthday(the 27th of September). But im in need of a lot of things so we will see. I am loving the monster/plushy craze threakind forever. (Not suggesting it was are idea) any way that’s my update.

A new member

We have a new doll for the threadkind gang. Her name is Melany and she was a quick make one Saturday after noon. Her denim coat is just a square but it will do for now.

also I painted the bathroom wait for it...orange. Its meant to be like a sunset. I think it’s a bit odd but I like it I want to decoupage on some birds on to the worlds. And I need a nice mirror maybe a nice a startbirst one. Work in progress...

Other things- I am really enjoying stephenie meyer. I have read twilight and new moon(oh my god have u seen how cute Jacob is in the new moon trailer) I know almost everyone on the planet has read them but if ur like me and slow to catch on there like romantic heroin. Im also hafway threw hoast witch has a completely different feel all together, think really good si fi mental head milkshake. I have got back on top with my drawing and painting even thinking of handing them out as gifts at Christmas. Yes im all ready thinking about Christmas.

Im also knitting some sock/slippers ( http://www.bevscountrycottage.com/maggieslippers.html) I have made them for years and there so simple I highly recommend them for stocking fillers at Christmas , but mine are for me now my feet are cold with not having my carpets in yet.
Speaking of Christmas I have started to cross stitch a snow man u can never start to early right?
I have done a quick t-shirt recon and even stich has had a new outfit.
